Once a Candidate has been accepted into our network, they are able to browse a directory of active Underdog.io companies to learn more about them. Candidates can also 'Show Interest' in organizations they know they'd like to speak with about opportunities. We recommend creating a robust company profile to increase proactive engagement from candidates in our network.
To do so, choose 'Settings' from the top navigation, and then choose ‘Profile’ from the left-hand column. Beneath your Personal Profile settings, you’ll see the option to configure your Company Profile. Fields include:
- Company Name
- Company Summary
- Website
- Jobs Page
- Industry
- Year Founded
- Company Size
We recommend sharing a brief Company summary, to introduce candidates to your organization, and to get them excited about the prospect of joining your team.
If you’d like to share a link to your Careers site so that candidates can browse your openings directly, you can do so in the section that reads “Jobs page.” If you’re utilizing our integration with Greenhouse, we recommend inputting a tracking link into this field. This will ensure you’re able to identify the source of these candidates if they apply to a position after navigating to this page from within Underdog.io. For instructions, consult Creating a Greenhouse Tracking Link for Your Job Board.
If your organization is on AngelList, GitHub, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, or Twitter, we recommend inputting links to these sites, as well.
As you add information to your Company Profile, you’ll see a live preview of how it will appear to candidates when browsing on the right-hand side of your screen:
Please note: If you would like to change the logo associated with your Company Profile, reach out to us via email at support@underdog.io, and our team will adjust accordingly.
