When viewing a Candidate’s Profile within Underdog.io, you’ll see the following information, which has been provided by the Candidate directly:
- Candidate Name
- Candidate’s Current Title and Organization
- A Short Professional Summary
- A List of the Candidate’s Ideal Roles, and their corresponding years of experience
- Any Relevant Links (i.e. LinkedIn, GitHub, Portfolio URL)
- Candidate Resume PDF
- Target Annual Salary
- Visa Information (where applicable)
- Bootcamp Tag (where applicable)
Candidates can also elect to self-identify as members of an underrepresented demographic in tech because of race, ethnicity, biological sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, and more. You’ll see these candidates tagged with ‘Diversity.’
If you’d prefer to no longer see a particular candidate after reviewing their information, you can select the ‘Hide candidate’ icon in the lower left corner of the Candidate Profile. If you’d like to ‘Star’ a candidate, in order to return to them later, you can do so by pressing the ‘Star candidate’ icon.
If you’d like to share a candidate, you have a few options. If you’ve integrated with Greenhouse or Lever, you can hover over ‘Share’ and elect to export the candidate directly into your Applicant Tracking System. If you’d like to share a Candidate via email with another Underdog.io user, select ‘Share in Email’. To share Candidate details with your colleagues on Slack, choose ‘Share in Slack’. As a reminder, Underdog.io candidates should not be shared with anyone outside of your organization.
